Biz Ops Rwanda Ltd. is a division of Stratinuity LLC and is located in Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda. 

It is the first of many African locations that train and upskill disadvantaged populations of developing countries to become business and technical experts who provide professional services to small and disadvantaged businesses at home and abroad.

The purpose of Biz Ops is to fill gaps that exist in opportunites for entrepreneurs and businesses across the global African diaspora with African-based labor as a way of contributing to the economic growth and skills development of African populations.

Introduction. Biz Ops Rwanda is a business process outsourcing, consulting, and IT provider in search of an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping small businesses across the global African diaspora develop and succeed.

Our mission is to provide the full range of essential, progressive, and affordable management, administrative, and technical services to entrepreneurs, startups, and expanding businesses across the globe.

The selected applicant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the leadership and in cross-functional teams support meeting company and operational goals and objectives and will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day business functions as requested.

In addition, the Administrative Assistant will assist with maintaining a functional office environment, commnications, and scheduling, including translating Kinyarwanda and English to accomplish organizational goals.

Description. The Assistant is responsible for providing assistance with fulfilling the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Some Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with coordinating projects and service delivery

The selected applicant will be responsible for developing relationships with local business owners and entrepreneurs and selling Biz Ops Rwanda products and services to support our firms’ economic growth initiatives.

Independent Sales Agents will work closely with the Sales Assistant to meet marketing and ROI goals and objectives and will be responsible for social media and advertising management, graphic design, and content creation.

Description. Independent Sales Agents are responsible for assisting with fulfilling company sales goals and objectives and providing excellent service to the local business community.

Some Job Duties Include:

  • Contribute marketing and sales-related feedback, recommendations, expertise, and knowledge to advance the company.
  • Report marketing and sales-related needs and progress to the Sales Assistant.
  • Implement sales strategies necessary for well-performing sales campaigns and outcomes.
  • Responsible for communicating with prospects via phone, social media, email, chat, and in-person to facilitate sales and service delivery.
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers which includes providing service contracts for signature, triggering an invoice or processing an initial payment, disclosing or providing terms of service, and entering clients into the database.
  • Identify marketing and sales strengths and opportunities and provide feedback to leadership about how to maximize performance.
  • Identify solutions and ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in marketing and sales efforts.
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings as necessary to accomplish company goals.

Our mission is to provide the full range of essential, progressive, and affordable management, administrative, and technical services to entrepreneurs, startups, and expanding small businesses across the globe.

The selected applicant will be responsible for educating internal and external users on how to resolve user-related issues and will create and track support tickets for advanced issues with our software platform and 3rd party platforms we manage on clients’ behalf.

The Technical Support Specialist will work closely with developers and 3rd party support teams to resolve users’ technical issues as quickly and effectively as possible and communicate with users about resolutions.

Description. The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting users by reducing or eliminating technical hurdles that  negatively impact business.

Some Job Duties Include:

  • Understand and clearly articulate users’ technical support needs
  • Quickly identify the source, cause, and solution to technical issues
  • Provide guidance and direction to users who may not be tech savvy
  • Articulate user issues and needs to advanced level support teams
  • Help users implement solutions using screenshare and remote assistance tools
  • Provide links for support documentation and videos to clients
  • Submit support tickets to the appropriate team members or partners on users’ behalf when required
  • Monitor and update ticket status and communicate with clients about ongoing issues
  • Publish technical support FAQ’s, knowledgebase articles, and videos when they do not exist and update outdated resources as needed
  • Identify technical support process strengths and opportunities and provide feedback to leadership about how to improve the user experience.
  • Identify solutions and ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in our technical support efforts.

The Website Designer will work closely with customers to develop professional web pages, websites, and applications that meet clients’ needs and represent their vision and image well.

Description. The Website Designer is responsible for assisting the clients by designing an attractive online image that will provide functionality and features to our clients and theirs to make getting seen and acquiring and serving new customers and clients online more attainable.

Website designers do not require coding skills as they will be trained to develop in our proprietary drag-and-drop environment; however, they should be technically capable, creative, and have a general understanding of how online marketing, business websites, and search engine optimization works to attract customers, employees, and partners.

 Some Job Duties Include:

  • Understand and clearly articulate clients’ needs and vision
  • Quickly identify the source, cause, and solution to technical issues
  • Provide guidance and direction to clients who may not be tech-savvy
  • Design unique websites and applications to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Articulate client needs to advanced-level development teams

  • Working with Google Analytics, Google Search, and Google Business to help client sites get seen by search engines.
